Chuck Glum, Owner

Chuck is the co-owner of Highmark Exteriors and he knows EVERYONE. His strength is building and maintaining strong personal and working relationships. He is reliable, hard-working and has been in the exteriors business for more than 10 years. Chuck and his girlfriend, Becky, enjoy golfing and riding their Harleys in the summer months.

Kelly Myers, Production Manager

As Production Manager at Highmark, Kelly brings over 13 years of construction sales experience to every project, and has proven time and again that there is no challenge he can’t handle. His considerable skills include excellent organization and time management capabilities, and he thrives on a daily regimen of meetings, phone calls and paperwork. Kelly loves exceeding customer expectations and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and co-workers alike. Kelly estimates that he roofed 100 houses while working his way through college at Moorhead State, where he studied History and Secondary Education. In his free time he loves to golf, exercise and clean. We like this very much. You will too.

Caleb Hard, Project Manager, Sales

With over 20 years in construction, Caleb is a seasoned pro with wide-ranging experience. He is a “people person” who enjoys getting to know his clients, building trust through open communication and tireless attention to the details. In his free time, Caleb loves deer and pheasant hunting, snowmobiling and spending time with his wife Jackie and their kids Paxton, Alexis and Kennedy.

Nathan Carlson, Project Manager

Nathan hits many notes working in sales for Highmark. Experienced in all areas of construction, he is detailed, organized, honest and funny—it’s not surprising that he creates special relationships with clients. Nathan counts project management among his specialties, and is certified in lead detection as well as installing GAF, James Hardie and LP SmartSide products. He values the integrity at Highmark as well as the family-oriented culture. In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing guitar and connecting with his Native American heritage.

Mike Evans, Residential Remodel Sales

Mike has been in construction for 14 years, most recently as a jobsite superintendent. His favorite parts of the job are working with clients and seeing that they are happy with the finished product. Mike loves the industry and came to Highmark because he appreciates the high standards we set for ourselves. He is married to Naomi, and in his free time loves doing just about anything out-of-doors.

Mike Shearer, New Construction Sales

Mike has worked in the construction field for over 15 years, doing everything from siding to framing to insulating. He’s great with people, thanks to his early years as an Army brat where his family ranged as far as Germany and Hawaii.  On the job, he works hard to ensure that homeowners are satisfied with the work promised. Off the worksite, he enjoys golf, attending his kids’ sporting events, and hunting. He and wife Toni have three children Nicholas, Abigail and Joshua.

Becca Schroder, Administrative Assistant

A former substitute teacher, Becca is expert at corralling papers and making sure everyone is on time and on task. If meaningful looks don’t produce a desired result, she just reminds everyone that she also has a black belt in karate. In her spare time, Becca enjoys movies, biking, snowboarding and giving extra attention to Highmark mascots Lola and Harley.

Harley, Greeter and Stress Induction Specialist

Harley spends his days welcoming visitors and positioning himself for optimum petting and food consumption...he loves dog treats. In his free time he loves to ride around in Chuck's truck, snooze on his bed, and run around outside. He always has a seasonal dog collar or handkerchief on to express his feminine side.
